A man from Fairfield, N.B., has been arrested in connection with a break, enter and theft in Summerville, N.B.
On September 16, 2025, members of the Grand Bay-Westfield RCMP received a report of a break and enter at a residence in the community. The individual fled the scene before police arrived. No one was injured during the incident.
A short time later, with the assistance of Saint John Police Force, a 34-year-old man from Fairfield, N.B., was arrested without incident. RCMP executed a search warrant in a residence and vehicle and were able to recover several stolen items, as well as an unauthorized firearm.
On September 17, 2025, 34-year-old Zachary Roger Orr, appeared in Saint John Provincial Court and was charged with break and enter, as well as possession of property obtained by crime. He was remanded into custody until his next court date.
