Federal Policing - Eastern Region ERT exercise

The Federal Police's Emergency Response Team (ERT), Eastern Region (Quebec), is conducting an exercise this morning in a residential area of the Saint-Laurent borough of Montréal. About fifteen police officers are taking part in this simulation operation, which is expected to last a few hours. We would like to reassure citizens that under no circumstances do these exercises pose a risk to public safety. Residents in the area have been notified in advance.
