Saskatchewan RCMP investigating pedestrian collision

On September 8, 2025 at approximately 8:15 p.m., Battlefords RCMP received a report of a vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on Mosquito Grizzly Bear’s Head Lean Man First Nation.

Battlefords RCMP responded immediately, along with local EMS and STARS, and located an injured adult male. The male was transported to hospital by STARS with injuries described as serious in nature.

The vehicle, a white SUV, did not remain at the scene of the collision. 

Saskatchewan RCMP’s North Battleford Provincial General Investigation Section (GIS) is now investigating.
