Yukon Crime Reduction Unit arrest drug trafficker

This past Friday, Yukon Crime Reduction Unit (CRU) officers arrested a British Columbia resident for trafficking illicit drugs.

On October 31, 2025 at 11:46 am CRU officers safely arrested 22-year-old Sahibjit Singh Toor, of Surrey, BC. Police officers seized quantities of drugs believed to be crack cocaine, Canadian Currency and a canister of bear spray that was in a vehicle.

Sahibjit Toor was charged with trafficking, possession for the purposes of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime. He was held in custody for a court appearance on November 1, 2025. He was subsequently released from custody with a November 19, 2025 court date.
