RCMP is seeking public assistance in locating Norman Lecoy and his grandson Zidane Wavey who were reported missing on October 17, 2025.
Norman Lecoy was last seen in the North Cowichan/Duncan area on September 19, 2025. He is believed to be in the company of his grandson, Zidane Wavey.
Description of Norman Lecoy:
- Indigenous;
- 42 years-old;
- 5 ft 7 ins;
- Black hair;
- Brown eyes.
Description of Zidane Wavey:
- Indigenous;
- 6 years-old;
- Brown hair;
- Brown eyes.
Police are concerned for their health and well-being. Norman Lecoy is from the Winnipeg, Manitoba area and may be travelling there.
