Traffic Advisory – Highway Closure

Please be advised that Highway #1 westbound is currently closed due to a motor vehicle incident near bridal falls. Injuries are minor, however, there is a semi truck involved which has jack knifed.

Emergency crews are on scene. Drivers are asked to avoid the area, expect delays, and use alternate routes where possible. All westbound traffic will have to take the Highway # 9 exit into Rosedale / Agassiz. Highway # 1 eastbound traffic has been opened up, but it will be slow through this area.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as responders work to clear the scene safely.
