Chilliwack RCMP searching for man wanted on Canada‑wide warrant

Chilliwack RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Rodney Starke, 65, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for being unlawfully at large. Rodney Starke was last seen on April 1, 2026, wearing a black jacket and blue jeans, and police have been unable to locate him. 

Rodney Starke is currently serving a 10-year Long-Term Supervision Order for the following convictions:

• Aggravated Assault
• Assault with a Weapon
• Forcible Confinement
• Identity Theft
• Theft Over $5,000
• Use, trafficking or possession of Forged Document
• Identity Fraud with Intent to Obtain Property
• Fail to Comply with an Undertaking
• Breach of Long-Term Supervision Order

Rodney is described as:

• 65 years old
• Caucasian male
• 6’0”
• 200 lbs
• Bald
• Hazel eyes

Mr. Starke has no known ties to Chilliwack and may be attempting to travel to Alberta. Mr. Starke may also be in the Vancouver area. He is believed to have limited financial means and may seek assistance from members of the public to do so.

Police are warning the public to not approach Rodney.  If you see him or know of his whereabouts, call 911 or contact your local police.
