The Fort St John RCMP is reminding drivers to slow down and if safe to do so, move over for emergency and maintenance vehicles with flashing red, blue or amber lights.

In the ten year period between 2014 and 2023, 251 workers have been hit by motor vehicles in BC while working beside or on the road; Sadly, 9 of those workers died.
