On Mar. 26, 2025, the Kamloops RCMP Detachment requested the public’s assistance in finding a man wanted on an arrest warrant.

Since then, James Andrew Wessel, 25, has been located and his warrant executed

The original release containing his image has been removed as a result. The Kamloops RCMP Detachment thanks the public and the media for its assistance.
