A high-risk vehicle stop was initiated after police received a report a woman was being held against her will in a vehicle stopped near the 2300-block of the East Trans Canada Highway.
On January 4, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m., a woman was able to communicate that she was being held against her will in her own van by three alleged suspects that also had a gun.
