Non-emergency phone line issues impacting Kelowna RCMP detachment

The Kelowna RCMP would like the public to be aware that the Kelowna Detachment non-emergency phone line 250-762-3300, is experiencing temporary service issues.
The cause of the issue is under investigation, and work is underway to restore service.
The Kelowna RCMP would like to encourage the public to either wait until service is restored to report non-emergency incidents or go in-person to the detachment. You can also report many non-emergency incidents online when police attendance is not required.
Please do not call 9-1-1 with non-emergency incidents. If your incident is an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
Kelowna RCMP will provide an update when the issues have been resolved.
