On September 19, 2025, at approximately 12:23 p.m., Langley RCMP responded to a report of a structure fire in the area of the 6600 block of 272 Street, Langley.

"Officers from the Langley RCMP are currently on the scene and are working alongside the Township of Langley Fire Department investigating this incident," said Sergeant Zynal Sharoom of the Langley RCMP. "This investigation is in its very early stages therefore we are asking motorists and other road users to avoid the area and find alternate routes.”
