Warrant issued for Nanaimo man- Dereck Paul

The Nanaimo RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 57-year-old Dereck Paul, wanted on one count of Break and Enter. The allegation stems from an incident at a local car dealership on Kenworth Road in late July 2025. Police responded to a glass break alarm at the business, where Paul was located, and arrested for break and enter.

Paul was later released but failed to appear as required in Nanaimo Provincial Court. His current whereabouts are unknown, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Paul is a non-white man, 5 feet 5 inches, 180 pounds with black/grey hair and brown eyes. The picture provided is recent.
