Police seek assistance in locating wanted person

Joshua Taylor

Nanaimo file # 2025-32381

The warrants stem from an incident that occurred in early October 2025, where it is alleged that Taylor repeatedly assaulted an individual. The victim did not require medical attention. Police attended to the incident but were initially unable to locate Taylor.

Several weeks later, Taylor was later located and arrested in Port Alberni and subsequently released from custody. He failed to appear in court as required, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Description of Taylor:

  • Caucasian male
  • Approximately 6’0” tall
  • Approximately 150 pounds
  • Brown hair
  • Brown eyes
  • Tattoo of a skull on the right wrist
