North Vancouver RCMP are seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect involved in three separate break and enter incidents.

On July 8, 2025, North Vancouver RCMP received a report of a break and enter at a residential building in the 2100 block of Chesterfield Avenue, North Vancouver. CCTV footage from the building captured a male suspect gaining access at approximately 4:00 a.m. Nothing was stolen, but damage was caused to the property.

On July 10, 2025, police received a second report from the same residential building. The suspect entered the premises and stole approximately $600 in cash, a wheelchair, and several personal items. CCTV footage suggests the same individual was involved in both incidents.
Later the same day, police received a third report from a resident in the 100 block of Chesterfield Avenue. A suspect had gained access to another residential building and caused damage to the front door. No items were reported stolen.

Police believe the same suspect is responsible for all three incidents.

"We have exhausted all investigative avenues in our attempt to identify the suspect and are now appealing to the public for assistance," said Corporal Mansoor Sahak, Media Relations Officer for the North Vancouver RCMP. "We are releasing still images of the suspect captured on CCTV in hopes that someone can help us identify him."

Anyone with information about these incidents or who can identify the suspect is asked to contact the North Vancouver RCMP at 604 985 1311 and quote file number 2025 14061. Those wishing to remain anonymous can contact Crime Stoppers at 1 800 222 TIPS (8477).
