Corbin Jaimie Garry Lemky is wanted on two endorsed and two unendorsed warrants for the following:

• Theft under $5000 (five counts)
• Breach of undertaking

Corbin Jaimie Garry Lemky is described as:

• Caucasian male
• 6’1” (185 cm)
• 161 lb (73 kg)
• Brown hair
• Brown eyes
