Between August 30, 2025 and September 8, 2025, a car dealership located on the 200 block of McLean Street reported several of their vehicles and their building had been damaged by projectiles. The business sustained several thousand dollars of damage.
On September 8, 2025, the Quesnel RCMP arrested Kyle Webb, a 35 year old Quesnel resident. Webb has been charged with three counts of Mischief under $5000 in relation to vandalism that occurred on August 30, 2025. Webb’s next court appearance is set for September 16, 2025 in Quesnel.
“These types of acts of vandalism are senseless and leave businesses with significant financial loss. The Quesnel RCMP will be assisting the business with avenues to seek restitution,” said Staff Sergeant Richard Weseen, the Detachment Commander of the Quesnel RCMP.
The police are continuing their investigation and are asking that anyone with information relating to this event to call the Quesnel RCMP at (250)992-9211.
