Seeking assistance in identifying a man involved in alleged indecent act

Richmond RCMP seeking to identify a man involved in an alleged indecent act.

On July 5, 2025 shortly before 3:00 a.m. Richmond RCMP responded to a report from a business in the 4700 block of McClelland Road of a man allegedly engaged in an indecent act. The victim advised the man entered the business, proceeded to use the washroom and then exited the business.

According to the victim the man returned a short time later, indicating he forgot his phone in the washroom. After exiting the washroom the second time, the man allegedly stood by the counter of the restaurant and proceeded to expose himself to the victim.

The victim told the man she was calling police at which point he exited the store. 

The man is described as:

• Caucasian
• 25 years
• 5’11
• Dark coloured eyes

He was wearing a black hoodie with the hood pulled up, black toque, black face mask, grey coloured sweatpants and black shoes.

Richmond RCMP Frontline have conduct of this active and ongoing investigation.
