Richmond RCMP is seeking witnesses following an alleged brazen nighttime break and enter at a mall in the 5300 block of No 3 Road.
On November 5, 2025 at approximately 3:15 a.m. Richmond RCMP responded to an alleged break and enter in the 5300 block of No 3 Road. It was reported that a black Kia SUV drove through the entrance doors of the mall and attempted to gain entry to a jewelry store. After the suspects were unable to gain entry to the store they fled from the shopping mall in the vehicle.
“There was a restaurant open with customers inside at the time of this alleged offence. Fortunately, no one was injured but the actions of these individuals put people at risk which is why we are asking anyone who was in the area and may have witnessed this or have dash cam footage to contact us,” says Corporal Adriana O’Malley, Richmond RCMP Media Relations Officer.
Richmond RCMP Property Crime Unit has conduct of this active and ongoing investigation.
