Missing Person – Justice Gabriel

Richmond RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Justice Gabriel, a missing 23-year-old male. Police have concern for his well-being.

Gabriel was last seen at Richmond Hospital, 7000 Westminster Highway, Richmond on March 9th, 2026, at approximately 6:48 p.m.

Justice Gabriel is described as:

• An Indigenous male;
• 23 years old;
• 5’9” tall, medium build;
• Messy/matted dark brown hair;
• Long dark brown goatee;

Wearing a black toque, long green jacket, yellow hospital pants and black sneakers

Police believe Gabriel may be unfamiliar with the area and may travel toward the downtown east side of Vancouver. He does not have access to a phone.
