Richmond RCMP is requesting the public's assistance in locating missing person Julia Kaye-Turner, who was last seen on July 8, 2026, at approximately 5:00 p.m.

Julia Kaye-Turner is described as:

• Caucasian female
• 5'8" tall
• Medium build
• Approximately 130 lbs
• Dyed blonde hair with an orange streak in the front
• Brown eyes

At the time she was last seen, Kaye-Turner was wearing:

• Unknown top
• Short jean shorts
• Black runners

Kaye-Turner can be further identified by:

• Freckles on nose
• Tattoo on collarbone reading "Angel Images"
• Flower tattoo on right shoulder blade
