The Sunshine Coast RCMP are looking for the public's assistance relating to two separate reports in wooded trails in Gibsons BC.
On January 23rd, just after 3:00 pm, a 14 year old female was walking in the 400 block of Shaw Road when she noticed a male following behind her. As she entered the Inglis trail at the south end of Shaw Road she noticed the male was getting progressively closer. At the bend in the trail the female ran to the end of the trail where it meets South Fletcher Road and called a friend before running home and calling police. She described him as a white male wearing all black clothing with some sort of black face covering, possibly 5'7"-5'9".
On January 26th at approximately 4:00 pm a male wearing all black clothing and a black scarf covering his face exposed himself to a woman in a trail near the corner of Shaw Road and O'Shea Road in Gibsons. The woman began filming him with her cell phone as he turned and ran down the trail away from her.
