A BC AMBER Alert has Been Activated in the Search for 4- Year Old Ryan Atlas Andrews (Atlas)

On July 21, 2026, RCMP received a report of a parental abduction.  As a result of the investigation, the West Kelowna RCMP has issued a BC AMBER Alert in its efforts to locate 4-year old Atlas Andrews, reported missing from West Kelowna.

Ryan Atlas Andrews (Atlas) is described as:

• Age: 4-years old
• Hair: Brown
• Eyes: Hazel
• Race: Caucasian 
• Descriptors: 91 cm (3 ft 0 in) 23 kg (51 lbs)

Police are also looking for Alisse Andrews  

• Age: 40-years-old 
• Hair: Brown
• Eyes: Brown
• Race: Caucasian
• Descriptors: height 164 cm (5 ft 4 in), weight approximately 55 kg (121 lbs.)

Police are also searching for the following vehicle believed to be associated to the suspect and described as:

• Black, 2021, Nissan Qashqai 
• BC License Plate RV003L

Anyone who may have seen Atlas Andrews, Alisse Andrews or Alisse Andrews’s vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
