Are you ready to make a real difference in your community? West Shore RCMP Community Policing is on the lookout for passionate and dedicated Speed Watch volunteers to join our dynamic team and help keep our roads safe.

Speeding remains a top concern in our community. By joining the West Shore RCMP Speed Watch Program, you’ll play a direct role in promoting road safety and raising awareness in your neighbourhood and beyond. As a Speed Watch volunteer, you’ll work alongside local law enforcement and community agencies to foster a culture of safety and responsibility.

We understand that life is busy—that’s why we offer flexible volunteer hours. Whether you can commit a few hours a week or more, we’ll work with your schedule.

Volunteering with Speed Watch is not only a way to give back—it’s also an opportunity for personal growth. You'll gain valuable experience in data collection and community engagement.

Whether you're looking to build your resume, complete community service hours, or simply want to contribute to a program that makes a difference, Speed Watch is a great fit.

Applications can be found online or picked up from the West Shore RCMP detachment (698 Atkins Ave). Completed applications can be emailed or dropped off at the front counter of West Shore Attention Cpl. Cole Brewer, NCO IC – Community & Indigenous Policing Unit.
