Williams Lake RCMP seeking missing woman: Carrie Lynn Zowty

Williams Lake RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 46-year-old Carrie Lynn Zowty, who has been reported missing.

Carrie was last seen on July 11, 2026. She is known to frequently go camping; however, her family is concerned for her wellbeing as she should have returned home by now. Efforts to locate her have so far been unsuccessful.

Carrie is described as:

• 46 years old
• Female
• 5 ft 2 in
• 100 lb
• brown hair
• Green eyes

Police believe Carrie may be driving a white 2001 Nissan Frontier with British Columbia licence plate WR6236.

Williams Lake RCMP is asking anyone who has seen Carrie, the vehicle, or who has information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Williams Lake RCMP at 250-392-6211.
