The New Brunswick RCMP is excited to announce an upcoming opportunity for you to virtually meet with Leslie Frei, the National Fitness & Health Promotion Manager. Leslie has over 25 years of experience at Depot in various capacities. Many of us remember her as our Fitness Instructor, she certainly made us sweat during training sessions!
During the virtual session, Leslie will cover crucial topics such as the fitness levels required for success at Depot, maintaining fitness during training, fitness needs specific to police work, and she will be addressing the common question: "Can I wing my fitness going to the Academy?"
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in enhancing their fitness knowledge and being better prepared for the challenges ahead.
