Hate Crimes Network overview
The Hate Crimes Network (HCN) is an extension of the Hate Crimes Working Group (HCWG). Its objective is to ensure that police of jurisdiction across Canada are aware of how to respond to hate crimes, including through new and innovative ways. It accomplishes this by sharing information, such as hate crimes workshops, products, opportunities, and training, from the HCWG and distributing this information to its members across Canada. The HCN also brings together experts and practitioners to gain regional and national perspectives while strengthening collaboration across the country.
