The Pas RCMP investigation leads to seizure of drugs and weapons

On January 1, 2025, as a result of an ongoing drug and firearms investigation, The Pas RCMP, along with assistance from additional RCMP units including the Emergency Response Team, Police Dog Services and the North District Containment Team, executed a search warrant at a residence located on Hone Street in The Pas.

Officers arrested seven individuals on scene and seized a prohibited firearm, ammunition and a small quantity of methamphetamine.

As part of this investigation, a subsequent search warrant was executed on January 2 at a residence located on Krysthchuk Road, in the RM of Kelsey, that led to the arrest of five individuals. Officers seized a number of items including two prohibited firearms, rifles, a hunting bow, ammunition, over $23,000 in cash, over 425 grams of cocaine, a small quantity of methamphetamine, psilocybin, cannabis, MDMA and other drug related paraphernalia. 

RCMP have charged Brad Reimer, 34, Terry Gale, 37, both from The Pas, as well as Tre Walden, 29, from Brampton, ON, and Liam McCarthy, 18, from Niagara, ON, each with multiple counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking as well as numerous firearm and weapon’s-related offences.

The Pas RCMP continue to investigate.
