The New Brunswick RCMP has arrested a 55-year-old man from Dalhousie, N.B., and stolen property has been recovered in Charlo, N.B.
On January 26, 2025, members of the Campbellton RCMP received a report regarding an individual who was in possession of a significant amount of stolen property.
On January 29, 2025, at approximately 8:45 p.m., members of the Campbellton RCMP and the New Brunswick RCMP’s Northeast District Crime Reduction Unit arrested a 55-year-old man without incident, following a traffic stop on Darlington Drive, in Dalhousie, in connection with the investigation.
A search warrant was subsequently executed at a garage on Chaleur Street in Charlo, resulting in the recovery of a large amount of stolen property, including tools and automotive products.
The 55-year-old man was remanded into custody on an unrelated matter, and will appear in Campbellton Provincial Court at a later date.
