RCMP seeking possible witnesses following firearm discharge

The Codiac Regional RCMP is seeking possible witnesses following a firearm discharge on Mountain Road, in Moncton, N.B.
On March 12, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., members of the Codiac Regional RCMP responded to a report of a firearm that had been discharged towards a business near the 300 block of Mountain Road, in Moncton.
Once on scene, police were able to locate a bullet hole in the wall of the business, and determined that the incident had occurred overnight. No one was inside the business at the time of the incident.
It was also determined that this was an isolated incident, and that there was no further risk to the public.
Police are now seeking possible witnesses in relation to the incident.
If you were in the area between 5:30 p.m. on March 11, 2025, and 7:30 a.m. on March 12, 2025, if you have dash-camera or other video footage from the area at the time of the shooting, or have information that could help further the investigation is asked to call the Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400.
