A 33-year-old man from New Mills, N.B., has died following a single-snowmobile crash in New Mills, N.B.
On April 6, 2025, at approximately 10 p.m., members of the Campbellton RCMP responded to a report of a single off-road vehicle crash on Route 134, in New Mills, N.B.
The collision is believed to have occurred when the snowmobile lost control and struck a power pole. The driver and sole occupant of the snowmobile died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
Members of the Charlo Fire Department and Ambulance New Brunswick attended the scene. An autopsy is scheduled to determine the driver's exact cause of death.
A member of the New Brunswick Coroner's office is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
