21-year-old man dies following single-vehicle crash

A 21-year-old man from Noonan, N.B., has died following a single-vehicle crash in Durham Bridge, N.B.

On May 10, 2025, at approximately 3:10 a.m., members of the Keswick RCMP, Nashwaak Valley Fire Department and Ambulance New Brunswick responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on Route 148, in Durham Bridge.

The crash is believed to have occurred when the driver, travelling southbound on Route 148, lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway and was ejected from the vehicle. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle died at the scene as a result of his injuries.

A New Brunswick RCMP Collision Reconstructionist and a member of the New Brunswick Coroner's Office are also assisting with the investigation, and an autopsy will be scheduled to determine the man's exact cause of death.

The investigation is ongoing.
