Canada-wide arrest warrant has been issued for André Chartrand, 53, of Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci. He was charged as part of an investigation by the RCMP's Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit (CFSEU) and failed to appear at his trial, scheduled to begin on June 23.

Mr. Chartrand is facing several charges in connection with production, possession and trafficking of drugs, after a clandestine cocaine processing laboratory was discovered in Saint-Jérôme in April 2022.

Anyone with information on Mr. Chartrand's whereabouts is asked to contact the RCMP at 514-939-8300/1-800-771-5401.
