Arrest warrant issued for David Tapper

Bay St. George RCMP is looking for 42-year-old David Tapper, who is actively evading police.

Tapper is wanted in connection to multiple charges of failure to comply with a probation order and failure to comply with release order conditions. He is known to frequent the St. John’s and Stephenville areas.
