UPDATE (February 5, 2026): Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP advises that Tanner Billings has been arrested. Thanks to the public for your assistance.

Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance locating 26-year-old Tanner David Wayne Billings, who is the subject of an active arrest warrant and is actively evading police.

Billings failed to attend court and is wanted province wide in relation to a charge under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act for possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

A photo of Billings is attached.
