Burin Peninsula RCMP is investigating a break and enter that occurred at a cabin in Grand Bank last month and asking anyone with information to contact police.

On March 19, 2026, police responded to a report of a break and enter at a cabin on Grandview Boulevard in Grand Bank. Police attended to the scene and found that two suspects had broken a sliding glass door and ransacked the cabin. An amount of alcohol and cash was taken.

The break and enter occurred at approximately 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19.

Two individuals were captured on video surveillance breaking into the cabin. One suspect is wearing overalls with a reflective marking on the back.
