West Hants RCMP Detachment is asking for the public's assistance in locating 38-year-old Barbara Tilley, who was last seen on September 13, at approximately 7 p.m., in Windsor.
Tilley is described as 5-foot-2 and approximately 125 pounds. She has long dark brown hair and brown eyes. Barbara was last seen wearing shorts and a t-shirt.
When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those who know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
