RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 61-year-old Stephen McKeen Smith, who was last seen on October 26 at 2 p.m. in Cole Harbour.
Smith is described as 5-foot-11, 172 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes and a full grey beard. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, grey cardigan, blue pants and black boots. Smith has mobility issues and utilizes leg braces to get around.
When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those who know them. We ask that people spread the word respectfully.
