Joel Matthew Gibson, wanted on a province-wide warrant, has been arrested.
The 44-year-old man from Windemere is facing multiple charges, including:
- Assault
- Uttering Threats (three counts)
- Unlawful Confinement
- Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose (five counts)
- Unauthorized Possession of Firearm (three counts)
- Possession of Weapon Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized (three counts)
- Possession of Firearm While Prohibited (seven counts)
- Careless Use of Firearm (three counts)
- Possession of Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition (loaded)
- Possession of Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition (accessible)
- Breach of Probation (two counts)
- Fail to Comply with Release Order (two counts)
- Mischief
- Obstruction
Gibson will appear in Kentville Provincial Court on December 5.
