Cumberland County District RCMP has charged two men after recovering stolen property.
On December 12, at approximately 11:45 a.m., RCMP officers responded to a report that a pallet jack had been stolen from a commercial property in the 13900 block of Hwy. 6 in Wallace.
The investigation led officers to a nearby residence. On December 16, at approximately 3:25 p.m., Cumberland County District RCMP, assisted by the Cumberland County Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit, executed a search warrant in the 13500 block of Hwy. 6.
At the home, officers safely arrested two men. And during the search, officers seized the pallet jack, along with other stolen items.
Jordon Frank Brown, 24, and Munib Schimark Brown, 37, both from Wallace, have been charged with:
- Theft Under $5,000
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
- Failure to Comply with Release Order Condition
Both men were remanded into custody and will appear in Amherst Provincial Court on January 6.
