Eskasoni RCMP charges man for drug trafficking, seizes hydromorphone and Dilaudid

Eskasoni RCMP has charged an Eskasoni man for drug trafficking.

On January 15, Eskasoni RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on Raspberry Ln. in Eskasoni as part of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation. Officers seized a quantity of drugs, including, hydromorphone and Dilaudid.

John Sidney Gould, 58, has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (two counts). He was released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in Eskasoni Provincial Court on April 7.

The investigation is ongoing and is being led by the Eskasoni RCMP Detachment.
