Iqaluit RCMP Seeking to Identify Suspect in Break and Enter

On January 10, 2026, the Iqaluit RCMP received a report of break and enter that occurred at the Qulliq Energy Corporation office, located on Umiaq Crescent. CCTV footage showed that forced entry was gained at around 5:25 a.m, and a lone suspect had stolen a distinct white safe using a blue dolly. The person’s face was covered but is seen wearing a black puffy winter jacket and a hat or face cover with a white logo. The jacket may have been turned inside out.
