30-year-old East Royalty man arrested for making child pornography

PEI RCMP's Internet Child Exploitation Unit has arrested and charged 30-year-old Dylan Kurt Macdonald of East Royalty for making child pornography.

On February 3, 2025, RCMP executed a search warrant and arrested Dylan Kurt Macdonald. Macdonald has been released from custody with conditions and will appear in Provincial court on March 20, 2025 to answer to the following charges:

1. Making Child Pornography
2. Possession of Child Pornography x 2
3. Sexual Interference

This RCMP Internet Child Exploitation Unit investigation was completed with assistance from the RCMP Major Crime Unit, the Provincial General Investigations Section, the PEI RCMP Digital Forensic Section, Prince District RCMP and the Queens District RCMP.
