A warrant of arrest has been issued for 28-year-old Mitchell Thomas Lannigan of Milltown Cross, Prince Edward Island.

Lannigan is described as (photos attached):
• Caucasian
• Brown haired, brown eyes
• Medium build
• 5 Feet 8 Inches
• Approximately 200 lbs

Lannigan is wanted and facing charges including:
• Assault
• Possession of a handgun
• Possession of a handgun while prohibited
• Two counts of pointing a firearm
• Use of a firearm in a careless manner
• Breach of a probation order
