Saskatchewan RCMP charge Lloydminster male with drug trafficking

Saskatchewan RCMP has charged an adult male with multiple offences in connection with an ongoing drug trafficking investigation.
On March 10, 2025 at approximately 6:30 p.m., officers with the RCMP’s Lloydminster Saskatchewan Trafficking Response Team (STRT) arrested an adult male during a traffic stop in Lloydminster in relation to a drug trafficking investigation.
During a search of the vehicle and the adult male, officers located and seized approximately 9.2 grams of methamphetamine, 3.1 grams of fentanyl, 1.7 grams of cocaine and additional drug trafficking paraphernalia, pepper spray, ammunition, and magazines.
Officers then executed a search warrant on a recreational vehicle in Waseca, SK, where they located and seized further evidence.
As a result of continued investigation, Todd Antonenko, a 56-year-old male from Lloydminster, SK, is charged with:
- one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine, Section 5(2), Controlled Drugs and Substances Act;
- one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, Section 5(2), Controlled Drugs and Substances Act;
- one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl, Section 5(2), Controlled Drugs and Substances Act;
- six counts, weapons possession contrary to order and fail to surrender authorization Section 117.01(1), Criminal Code; and
- one count, unsafe storage of ammunition, Section 86(2), Criminal Code.
Saskatchewan RCMP’s Lloydminster Crime Reduction Team and Maidstone Detachment assisted with this investigation, along with Lloydminster RCMP.
Todd Antonenko made his first appearance Provincial Court in North Battleford on March 11, 2025.
