Assiniboia RCMP continue to ask the public to report all sightings and information on the whereabouts of 40-year-old male, Philippe Beaulieu, who also goes by ‘Phil’. The last confirmed sighting of Phil was on July 19, 2025 in Mossbank, SK.
On July 30, 2025, Assiniboia RCMP received a report of a missing 40-year-old male, Philippe Beaulieu.
Philippe, who also goes by ‘Phil’, was last seen on July 19, 2025, in Mossbank, SK.
Since he was reported missing, Assiniboia RCMP have been checking places Phil is known to visit and following up on information received. They are now asking members of the public to report information on Phil’s whereabouts.
Phil is described as:
- Height: 6 ft
- Weight: 200 lbs
- Eye colour: grey
- Hair colour and style: blond, short
- Other descriptors: diamond tattoo on cheek, nose piercing

Phil is known to travel to the following areas:
- Assiniboia
- Moose Jaw
- Ponteix
- Swift Current
