Waskesiu RCMP and Saskatchewan RCMP WEST asking the public to report sightings of Xavier Smith

Prince Albert Police Service arrested Xavier Smith on September 22, 2025 in Prince Albert, SK. He is next scheduled to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court on October 3, 2025.

Waskesiu RCMP and Saskatchewan RCMP’s Prince Albert Warrant Enforcement and Suppression Team (WEST) is asking the public to report sightings and information on the whereabouts of 25-year-old Xavier Smith.

Xavier is wanted on warrant by RCMP for charges including aggravated assault, pointing a firearm and unauthorized possession of a firearm. These charges were laid in relation to a February 23, 2025, incident. 

Xavier is described as:

  • Height: 5 ft 6 in 
  • Weight: 165 lbs
  • Eye colour: brown
  • Hair colour and style: black, short
  • Other descriptors: multiple facial tattoos including forehead, the word “INSANE”, chin, the word “TWENTY”, left cheek, the letters “STK”, on the left jaw, the word “NINETEEN”, a teardrop under the left eye, and the number “5150" under the right eye.

Xavier is known to travel to the following areas:

  • Montreal Lake First Nation
  • Sturgeon Lake First Nation
  • Prince Albert

Waskesiu RCMP continue to investigate.
