Devin Naytowhow was arrested by the Prince Albert RCMP Warrant Enforcement and Suppression Team (WEST) in the community of Little Red River, SK, on September 24, 2025.
He was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court, SK, on October 6, 2025.
Prince Albert RCMP are still looking for the stolen black 2017 Hyundai Accent, with the Saskatchewan plate 278 NYU. If you see the car or know where it can be found, please call 310-RCMP.

Update: Prince Albert RCMP asking the public to report sightings of Devin Naytowhow
Devin Naytowhow is now also charged in relation to an August 21, 2025 investigation where Prince Albert RCMP responded to a report of a robbery with a weapon on Surgeon Lake First Nation. Charges were laid on September 4:
- 1 count, robbery with a weapon, section 344(1)(b) of the Criminal Code
- 1 count, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, section 88 of the Criminal Code
Devin Naytowhow is wanted on an arrest warrant. Officers are actively working to locate and arrest him.
Devin Naytowhow is described as:
- Height: 5 ft 9 in,
- Weight: 250 lbs,
- Eye colour: brown,
- Hair colour: brown.
He may be driving a black 2017 Hyundai Accent with the Saskatchewan license plate 278 NYU.
Devin Naytowhow is known to travel to the following areas:
- Sturgeon Lake First Nation,
- Little Red River First Nation, and
- Prince Albert

Prince Albert RCMP are asking the public to report sightings and information on the whereabouts of 34-year-old Devin Naytowhow.
Devin Naytowhow is wanted on warrant by Prince Albert RCMP for charges including:
- two counts, possession of weapon for dangerous purpose, Section 88(2), Criminal Code;
- one count, possession of firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized, Section 92(3)(c), Criminal Code;
- two counts, unauthorized possession of firearm and ammunition in motor vehicle, Section 94(2), Criminal Code; and
- one count, flight from peace officer, Section 320.17, Criminal Code.
These charges were laid in relation to April 27, 2023; September 17, 2023; October 19, 2023; and November 20, 2023 investigations.
