Battlefords RCMP seeking information about serious assault

On August 31, 2025, at approximately 9:45 p.m., Battlefords RCMP received a report of an injured male in a motel parking lot on Highway 16 near North Battleford, SK. Officers immediately responded. An adult male was taken to hospital with injuries described as serious in nature.

Officers made patrols of the area but were unable to locate suspects.

Since receiving this report, Battlefords RCMP has been actively investigating this incident.

The male victim was wearing a black T-shirt and a denim vest, blue jeans and cowboy boots at the time of the assault. We’re including this information to help the public recall memories of this incident.

Battlefords RCMP is asking anyone with information about this incident or who remembers seeing suspicious activity in the motel parking lot area on Highway 16 in the evening of August 31, please contact Battlefords RCMP at 310-RCMP (7267).
