Kalen Felix arrested by Prince Albert RCMP

On November 14, 2025 at approximately 4:15 p.m., Prince Albert RCMP received a report that wanted male, Kalen Felix, was seen driving a truck on Sturgeon Lake First Nation.
Prince Albert RCMP responded immediately. Officers located the truck on Sturgeon Lake Road. Officers activated their vehicle’s emergency equipment and initiated a traffic stop. The truck did not stop, fleeing from police at a high rate of speed. The truck was seen driving erratically, making dangerous manoeuvres, in an effort to evade police. While fleeing, the truck swerved at an RCMP officer who was on the side of the road setting up a tire deflation device. The officer ran into the ditch to avoid being hit by the truck, which nearly struck a parked police vehicle.
Shortly after, a male and female exited the truck while the vehicle was still in motion. The truck drove away. The male and female got into a nearby SUV and drove away.
The male and female exited the SUV on Agency Road on Sturgeon Lake First Nation and were arrested by Prince Albert RCMP. The SUV drove away. Officers identified the arrested male as Kalen Felix.
Prince Albert RCMP received a report that the SUV was seen on Northshore Road on Sturgeon Lake First Nation. Officers located the SUV parked at a house in the area. A male was arrested inside the residence.
As a result of investigation, officers determined one of the males was in possession of ammunition. The ammunition was seized.
Further investigation determined the truck was previously reported stolen in Emma Lake, SK. The truck has been recovered by Prince Albert RCMP.
Resulting from continued investigation, 20-year-old Kalen Felix from Sturgeon Lake First Nation is charged with:
- one count, flight from peace officer, Section 320.17, Criminal Code;
- one count, dangerous operation of motor vehicle, Section 320.13(1), Criminal Code;
- one count, assault on police officer, Section 270.01(2), Criminal Code;
- one count, resists/obstruct peace officer, Section 129(a), Criminal Code;
- one count, fail to comply with release order condition, Section 145(5)(a), Criminal Code;
- one count, operation while prohibited, Section 320.18, Criminal Code;
- one count, weapons possession contrary to order, Section 117.01(1), Criminal Code; and
- one count, possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code.
Kalen Felix was also arrested on an outstanding warrant from Prince Albert RCMP in relation to armed robberies that occurred on November 7, 2025.
23-year-old Alyssa Bear from Sturgeon Lake First Nation is charged with:
- one count, possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code;
- one count, resists/obstruct peace officer, Section 129(a), Criminal Code; and
- two counts, fail to comply with probation order, Section 733.1(1), Criminal Code.
36-year-old Ian Seewalker from Sturgeon Lake First Nation is charged with:
- one count, dangerous operation of motor vehicle, Section 320.13(1), Criminal Code;
- one count, flight from peace officer, Section 320.17, Criminal Code; and
- one count, fail to comply with release order condition, Section 145(5)(a), Criminal Code.
Ian Seewalker was also arrested on an outstanding warrant from Prince Albert RCMP in relation to an assault with a weapon that occurred on November 9, 2025.
Kalen Felix, Alyssa Bear, and Ian Seewalker appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court on November 17, 2025.
Prince Albert RCMP continue to investigate.

Prince Albert RCMP are working to locate and confirm the wellbeing of 20-year-old Kalen Felix, who is also wanted in relation to multiple armed robberies that occurred on November 7, 2025.
As a result of continued investigation, Prince Albert RCMP has charged 20-year old Kalen Felix from Sturgeon Lake First Nation with:
- one count, careless use of a firearm, Section 86(1), Criminal Code;
- seven counts, pointing a firearm, Section 87(1), Criminal Code;
- one count, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, Section 88(1), Criminal Code;
- one count, possession of a firearm when knowing possession unauthorized, Section 92(1), Criminal Code;
- one count, possession of a restricted firearm/prohibited weapon with ammunition without a licence/registration, Section 95(1), Criminal Code;
- two counts, weapons possession contrary to order, Section 117.01(1), Criminal Code;
- three counts, robbery with a firearm, Section 344, Criminal Code;
- one count, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, Section 320.13(1), Criminal Code;
- one count, possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code;
- one count, operation while prohibited, Section 320.18(1)(a), Criminal Code;
- one count, operation while impaired of motor vehicle, Section 320.14(1)(a), Criminal Code;
- one count, assault with a weapon, Section 267(a), Criminal Code;
- one count, discharge firearm with intent, Section 244.2(1)(b), Criminal Code;
- one count, possession of a weapon obtained by crime, Section 96(1), Criminal Code; and
- five counts, uttering threats against a person, Section 264.1(1)(a), Criminal Code.
A warrant has been issued for Kalen Felix’s arrest. Prince Albert RCMP are working to locate Kalen Felix and confirm his wellbeing, as officers believe he may be injured. Prince Albert RCMP ask members of the public to report sightings and information on his whereabouts.
Kalen Felix is described as:
- Height: 5’7”
- Weight: 140 lbs
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour: black
- Other descriptors: multiple tattoos, including under his eye and above his eyebrow

Prince Albert RCMP are looking to locate and confirm the wellbeing of a male involved in an armed robbery near Wahpeton Dakota First Nation.
On November 7, 2025 around 4:30 p.m., Prince Albert RCMP received multiple reports of armed robberies in progress.
Initial investigation has determined a vehicle was driving erratically at a high rate of speed on Whitefield Road near the Wahpeton Dakota First Nation. The vehicle lost control and collided with a power pole. The suspect, armed with a firearm, then attempted to steal three other uninvolved vehicles. One of those vehicles left the road and entered a slough during the driver’s altercation with the suspect.
The occupant of the third vehicle exited their vehicle after the suspect shot a firearm into the air; the suspect got in this third vehicle and drove away. The vehicle was later located abandoned in Prince Albert by Prince Albert Police Service.
The suspect may also be injured as a result of the initial collision with the power pole. The suspect is believed to be a male with a tattoo on his face. Police are working to locate him and confirm his wellbeing.
